Yangzhou Hengji Daxin Chemical Warehousing Co., Ltd. was established on January 18, 2007 with registered capital of USD52.67 million and total investment of RMB591.00 million. Covering a floor space of total 312 mu and having 71 storage tanks with warehousing capacity of 417,500m3, the Company is a professional third party petrochemical warehousing enterprise, and mainly operates product oil, liquid chemical products, liquefied hydrocarbons, etc. In addition, with 3 loading jacks and 73 loading & unloading spaces as supporting facilities, this Company can deal with loading and unloading operations at the same time. It has a wharf which is of 440m in length and 20m in width. The approach bridge is of 140m in length, and the water depth at the wharf apron is 14m. The wharf is designed to have one 50,000-tonnage berth, one 5,000-tonnage berth, and an annual throughput of 3,250,000 tons. The wharf is around 350km away from the estuary of the Yangtze River, from where, 10,000-tonnage ships may reach our wharf directly. 

In August 2009, the Company established bonded storage tanks for bonded warehousing business with the approval of the Customs. In June 2011, the Company was approved by the Customs to be a site under the Customs’ supervision and control, facilitating customers to develop foreign trade business. In July 2011, the Company became an open port with the approval of the People’s Government of Jiangsu Province. At present, it is the only port opened to the outside world for liquid chemicals in Yangzhou, and also a window of economic opening to the outside world in Yangzhou Chemical Park and surrounding areas. 

The Company has 280 employees now, and facing the global economic downturn, the Company has still realized operating revenue of more than RMB100 million for successive years, showing the enterprise’s core competitiveness in the industry.
